Microdermabrasion Cream
with glycolic acid is used to exfoliate the dead skin cells
that lie on the surface of the skin and make it feel rough
and dry. These dead skin cells cause lots of problems for
the skin. In acne prone skins, they clog up the pores and
lead to the formation of blackheads and pimples. In older
skins, these dead skin cells make the skin feel rough and
prevent the optimal penetration of our anti-ageing ingredients,
Vitamin A (New Skin), Vitamin C (Vitamin C Serum) and copper peptides (CP Serum). We can also use it to exfoliate dead
skin cells that block the pores on the outsides of the arms
and on the thighs – which is a medical condition called
keratosis pilaris (hair follicles blocked with keratin (dead
skin cells).
Microdermabrasion Cream
with Glycolic Acid is an essential part of controlling active
acne and Clearskincare recommends all of my teenage patients
with acne and my adults with very oily skin, use Microdermabrasion
Cream with glycolic acid daily in the shower.
In fact, in my patients
with mild, breakout prone skin, they will get complete control
of their breakout with a once a day scrub with Microdermabrasion
Cream with glycolic acid. It’s also fantastic for controlling
breakouts on the back and chest.
For older skins, I recommend using Microdermabrasion Cream
with glycolic acid twice a week to clear away any dead skin
cells and to leave the skin feeling soft and supple.
And for those of you who
are still thinking about the Clearskincare Face Roller, remember how we
talked about the skin’s barriers and how they prevent
absorption of our collagen stimulating ingredients, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and copper peptides. You can use the Microdermabrasion Cream with
glycolic acid as a face cleanser and you will increase your
absorption of your collagen stimulating Vitamin A, Vitamin C and copper peptides by reducing that outer dead skin cell layer.
This is because the key to rejuvenating your skin and reducing lines and wrinkles and
sun damage, is getting Clearskincare’s collagen stimulating
ingredients, products New Skin, Vitamin C Serum and CP Serum past the skin’s
barriers and into the dermis.
Microdermabrasion cream
with glycolic acid will totally control mild and breakout
acne. Microdermabrasion Cream with glycolic acid will lead
to an improvement in the texture and clarity of the skin.
If used regularly in conjunction with Clearskincare’s
collagen stimulating New Skin, Vitamin C Serum and CP Serum, you will
also see significant improvement in the appearance of fines
lines and wrinkles. Clearskincare recommends you use the Clearskincare Face Roller or the Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller, or we can use Microdermabrasion
Cream with glycolic acid,
to increase penetration and absorption of our collagen stimulating
New Skin, Vitamin C Serum and CP Serum into the dermis.
How
does Microdermabrasion Cream with glycolic acid differ from
salon/clinic Microdermabrasion treatments?
We can vary the strength of the exfoliation much more accurately
with Microdermabrasion Cream with glycolic acid than we can
with a Microdermabrasion Clinic treatment. This allows us
to achieve a gentle exfoliation to assist in penetration of
New Skin & Vitamin C Serum. Or we can achieve a full strength
exfoliation by using Microdermabrasion cream with glycolic
acid for 5-6 minutes.
Can
you overexfoliate your skin?
Yes you can and your skin will tell you so by becoming irritated.
Therefore Clearskincare recommends :
1.Daily exfoliation for active acne and oily skins.
2.Twice weekly exfoliation for older skins
3.Gentle daily cleansing with Microdermabrasion Cream with
glycolic acid to enhance penetration of New Skin, Vitamin C Serum and CP Serum.
