Aging sun damaged skin, characterized by wrinkles, lines and pigmentation, is caused by the bodies inability to perfectly replicate and regenerate skin cells over time. The skins aging process is accelerated by poor diet, stress, sleep deprivation, smoking, alcohol and drug intake, pollutants and especially sun exposure.
Retinyl palmitate is one of the most easily absorbed and metabolised forms of topical Vitamin A and is proven to smooth wrinkles to make you look and feel younger. Vitamin A, a key ingredient in New Skin, is an essential ingredient for skin health. Vitamin A stimulates the fibroblasts (the skin’s mother cells) to assist your skin’s normal production of new collagen and elastin, to help your skin look younger and feel smoother. Clearskincare New Skin uses 1% retinyl palmitate, the highest concentration of Vitamin A allowed in a cosmetic skin cream without a prescription.
Clear Skin 2% utilises 2% hydroquinone a gentle skin brightening cream, ideal for skin with pigmentation problems like freckles, melasma and scars.
Vitamin C, an antioxidant, assists in the protection of your skin from free radical damage associated with everyday living and reduces the appearance of age lines and smooths wrinkles. Clearskincare Vitamin C Serum uses a new Vitamin C compound called “Vitagen” as it’s active Vitamin C. Most Vitamin C solutions are very unstable. This is Clearskincare’s latest Vitamin C formulation as we constantly upgrade our formulas to provide our clients with the most stable Vitamin C available. “Vitagen” is amino ascorbyl phosphate and has been shown to be significantly more stable than ascorbic acid, L ascorbic acid or magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (other common forms of Vitamin C used in other serums and creams).
Clearskincare Sunscreen (SPF30+ oil free) is a broadspectrum (UVA and UVB) sunscreen can be applied daily on all skin types, and can be used as a moisturiser and under makeup.
To address sun damage symptoms such as pigmentation it is really important that you change your sun exposure habits and stay out of the sun. Pigmentation is caused by sun exposure and any treatment undertaken will be quickly undone by further direct sun exposure. You must avoid direct sun exposure of your face, wear broadspectrum SPF30+ sunscreen and a hat and avoid direct exposure to the sun between 10AM and 3PM (especially in summer).
Directions for Use:
AM: Apply Vitamin C Serum 2-3 drops (whole face) on clean dry skin.
Apply Sunscreen then makeup
PM: Cleanse your skin with the Clearskincare Gel Cleanser by using ½ gram (one pea) to the whole face, rinse and dry skin.
On clean dry skin apply the Face Roller gently over the area to be treated, using a star shaped pattern roll each area back and forth 10-12 times. Lift the roller between rolls often, the aim of the procedure is to create the maximum number of micropunctures per area of skin being treated. Divide your face into 6 areas - left & right forehead, left & right cheek/temple, left & right lower cheek/mouth/chin areas. Roll each area. Only use as much pressure as you feel comfortable with.
After rolling, apply and massage into your skin ½ gram New Skin mixed with ½ gram Clear Skin 2% to the whole face including your eyes – leave on all night.
Repeat program daily.

The Clearskincare Roller range was developed by Dr McCaffery after 2 years research, design and patient trials to perform skin needling. Skin needling involves the needles of the roller inflicting micro wounds, inducing the body's natural wound healing response and stimulating collagen and elastin production. The Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller also creates micro channels that significantly increase the absorption of creams and serums. Creams and serums are applied after rolling.
One of the biggest advantages of skin needling over other techniques such as laser resurfacing, IPL and procedural microdermabrasion is its safety. The other major benefits are that you will usually get better or comparable results from skin needling than the previously mentioned procedures for a fraction of the cost and it is permanent.
